UK Pavilion, Expo 2020

The centrepiece of the UK Pavilion is a 20m-high cone-shaped structure made up of rows of protruding slats that extend outwards from one central point to form a circular facade.

AWR Business Bay

The development is a prestigious five star Hotel building located on Sheikh Zayed Road in the Business Bay area of Dubai.

Albwardy Melia Hotel

This resort project located on the shore of the La Mer Island in Dubai. The project is divided into 2 hotels, one city business and the other a luxury resort hotel.

W Hotel Yas Marina

The project comprised of two twelve storey towers containing 499 guest rooms from standard rooms through to presidential suites. A glazed cloak (grid shell) covers the two six-star hotel towers.

Downtown Views II

Located on a prime site in Downtown Dubai, Downtown Views II provides good view of the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall Fountain, and The Observation Tower, currently under construction in the Dubai Creek Harbour.

Boulevard Point Fountain Views

Our structural and building services engineers are working on the detailed design of four super-high rise towers in Downtown Dubai, the highest of which is the Address Residence hotel, which will stand at 315m.

Piramal Mahalakshmi Residential Towers

WME was appointed as multi-disciplinary consultants by Piramal Realty in March 2018 to undertake full design of this project, including Construction Administration services.

The Lobby Yalumba Restaurant

Our building services team worked closely with LW Architects to refurbish and upgrade the lobby area and main restaurant at the Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre located near Dubai International Airport.
