WME is committed to digitisation of MEP design with a dedicated Digital Delivery Team to develop and implement new workflows designed to streamline and improve the MEP team’s design.

WME has been appointed to provide the lead consultancy design and site supervision for multiple projects within KSA.

WME provided building services at Amaala Wellness Core Hotel and Amaala Beach Resort Hotel. They provided building services and AV/IT engineering support, including Sustainable Design on multiple pavilions at Expo 2020 Dubai such as the UAE pavilion, Austria pavilion and Luxemburg pavilion.

Moreover, WME has also provided MEP and structural engineering services on Four Seasons Hotel – Jeddah KSA, and more.

Commenting on the organisation’s outlook for 2022-2023, Nicholas Byczynski, MEP director at WME, said:

“After an extensive growth during 2021, we will consolidate our size with some targeted recruitment and a potential extension to our delivery capability via a new office location in India.
