WME marked yet another incredible milestone on the 75th India Independence Day celebration by embracing one more school at Sorakapettai near Chennai, Tamil Nadu as a part of our ‘Impact for Good’ Initiative.
We inaugurated the Auditorium exclusively designed and constructed by WME enabling a fun and learning engagement space for the 150 + children of Government Primary School at Sorakapettai. The event turned out to be a huge celebration with a flag hoisting by Headmaster, followed by cultural activities with wonderful performances by the excited and happy children. The event witnessed participation school alumni’s, children from neighboring villages and schools. We distributed food to all the participants and wider community, goodies to kids comprising of stationary, chocolates and branded school bags.
WME has embraced 6 schools in India to date, Bangalore(5) and Chennai (1) and we wish to add in more schools to our initiatives for better education. As we firmly believe that children are the future of our society, and at WME we see it as our responsibility to help the community by nurturing them.
