Marasi Business Bay by Dubai Properties Group

Marasi Business Bay Parks 3 is a vessel community in one of the five Marasi Business Bay Parks located within the Dubai’s Business Bay Water Canal. The first of its kind in the region, this masterplan which included the first-ever water homes, retail options, floating restaurants, leisure facilities and five palm tree-lined marinas.

WME’s scope of work included design and construction supervision of the MEP and Infrastructure works including access roads and surface parking areas, site grading, storm water management and drainage, sanitary sewage, potable water distribution systems, firefighting and fire protection networks, irrigation, electrical power supply and distribution, telecommunications, underground water storage facilities and pump rooms, etc.

Our team were on site snagging ahead of the handover and opening in the development next week which is creating quite an interest both locally and internationally.
