WME Global are pleased to welcome the newest member of the team, Ian Eldridge, as Associate Director for MEP.
Ian holds over 20 years experience and has worked with Consultants and Design and Build Contractors on various size projects throughout his career. He has extensive experience in different market sectors including offices, hotels, mission critical data centres, residential, shopping Malls and leisure centres.
“Generally, my role includes taking a project from conception to completion which includes agreeing the design brief with the client, scheme feasibility, conceptual & detailed designs, tender documents, programmes, budgets, specifications, co-ordination, planning and contract management.”
