WME are pleased to announce the appointment of Ng Han Siong and Steve Yeung to the Singapore office, further strengthening the WME Global organisation. Han Siong will apply his expertise in building services as Director of MEP, whilst Yeung will preside over the safety enforcement for WME projects.

Han Siong has a total 21 years of experience in building services consultancy works. He has worked in various types of building projects such as Commercial, Institution, Residential, Mixed Used Developments, Hotel and Industrial development across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Sri Lanka. He gained his skills and experience through a wide range of roles in these projects such as Lead Design Engineer, Project Lead and Qualified Person (M). He has been a practising engineer since 2011 and is a Certified Green Mark Manager since 2008.
Steve Yeung

Steve Yeung has over 28 years of experience in the oil-&-gas (upstream and downstream), mining, power generation and infrastructure industries. He commenced his career in Australia in 1990 and relocated to Singapore in 1999, and spent over 19 years in direct project roles at various levels: structural engineer, site/resident engineer, project lead engineer, project engineer and project manager.
Steve has spent most of his formative years with WorleyParsons and held various roles in the Singapore senior management team – Quality Manager, Operations Manager; Manager of Projects; Manager of Engineering and as a Director. In these roles, he was heavily involved in supporting bids and projects, and managing the teams. He has been regularly involved in troubleshooting and recovery efforts on projects and to drive the necessary actions. He has a disciplined approach to project delivery with a focus on technical quality.
