Rahul has a proven track record of successful MEP design and project management in the construction industry. He is a PMP & LEED AP Certified Professional with over 30 years of experience.
Rahul has extensive experience in leading engineering design teams globally, including in the Middle East, UK, Singapore, US, and ANZ. His expertise covers healthcare, hospitality, data centres, industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
He is a keen strategist, focused on achieving timely project completion within budget, and contributing to business growth objectives. Rahul is proficient in managing projects from concept to execution, including technical specifications, stage inspections, progress monitoring, site management, and manpower planning.
His core competencies include project management, design management, tendering & estimation, installation & commissioning, BIM workflows, site management, cost optimisation, time & budgetary control, liaison & coordination, procurement, and team management.
