West Coast Vale

The development consists of two (2) blocks of 36-storey apartments with landscaped deck, two (2) basement carparks, and communal facilities at West Coast Vale. The development adopted Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) method to improve productivity and shorten the construction period.

WME provide structural engineering support to the specialist contractor on fabrication and installation of PPVC.
