Vida Residences is surrounded with stunning views of Dubai Marina. Restaurants, shops, and malls are plentiful in this area. It is just few minutes away from Dubai Marina Mall or on the sandy JBR Beach.

Emaar’s Vida Group had been set up to operate hotels, resorts and apartments in Dubai and further afield.

WME contributed building services and security engineering to the design development and documentation phases of the group’s hotel and residential project at Dubai Marina, on the site previously occupied by the Dubai Marina Yacht Club.

The project complex consists of a waterside tower with three basement levels, five levels of hotel accommodation, 42 floors of serviced apartments and one level of associated plant. The apartments are 1-4 bed, plus penthouse suites, and are supported by amenities, and retail and food outlets.

The site is landlocked, with a utility building located on an adjacent plot, and there are limitations on the number of basements allowable. By largely servicing the tower from the second site, we were able to unlock many of the issued raised in achieving relevant approvals and in construction coordination. District cooling is not available here, so the project’s chillers are also located on the adjacent site.
