Two nominations in Cityscape 2017 Awards

The Cityscape Awards are aimed at celebrating excellence in real estate development and architecture in the Middle East region. The scheme is associated with the annual industry exhibition Cityscape Global, which opens in Dubai on 11th September.

Nominated in the category Residential – medium to high rise (future) is La Reserve Residences, a pair of eleven-storey buildings with complex facade detailing designed by 10 Design for Swiss Property/DHCC. We are providing a full engineering service for the project and acting as architect of record.

Gate Avenue (pictured), in the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC) development zone, is a linear retail development designed by RMJM Architects for the DIFC. It has been nominated in the Retail (future) category, and is another project for which we are contributing full engineering services.
