Sudalai has joined the MEP team as a PHE BIM Modeler. Sudalai has 8.5 years of experience in AutoCAD and BIM for MEP Services and is able to bring extensive and diversified experience in BIM for MEP engineering projects; including coordination, Mechanical Services shop drawings, steel creation and sheets and families as per client requirements and preparation of enlarged details and section details for toilets drainageand water services etc. for multistorey buildings, hospitals, residential, metro projects, commercial and industrial buildings. He was previously working with Comfotec Electromechanical LLC from Dubai.

Basavaprabhu has joined the MEP team as a Junior PH Engineer. He has 3 years of experience in plumbing and can bring extensive experience in design and plumbing services; including pump head, pump selection & design, design of water supply piping systems as per plumbing fixture units & friction loss methods, design of drainage piping systems as per SBC standards, etc. for educational institutions, airports, residential and commercial building. He was previously working with Khatib and Alami Engineering Consultant Services from Bangalore.

Rony has joined the infrastructure team as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Hydrology. Rony has almost 10 years of experience as a Water Engineer with diversified experience in the planning, design, and construction management for water resources engineering projects; including wet infrastructure networks, dams, flood management, hydrology and hydraulic modelling. He was previously working with RAK Municipality.

Bhogesh has joined the Structures team as a Senior Structural BIM Technician. He has almost 19 years of experience in the field of civil and structural engineering with experience in planning, design, and construction management for structural engineering projects; including coordination, draughting, steel checking etc. for multistory buildings, hospitals, residential, commercial, industrial buildings, water tanks, oil and gas. He was previously working with DSA consultants in Bangalore.

Zi Qing is an analytic, enthusiastic and self-directed mechanical engineer with creative, excellent, and has driven abilities to achieve the best outcomes in the projects she's working on. Proficient in ACMV design, including pump head calculation, duct sizing etc. She has also a notable problem solving and multitasking skills and can work well independently or with a team.

Rand has joined the company as an Admin Executive. She is a highly self-motivated, energetic and ambitious individual and she recently completed her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work at the Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University. As a fresh graduate, Rand strives to expand her knowledge and grow with WME.

Sanjay has joined the MEP team as a Junior HVAC Engineer He has almost 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer and is able to bring extensive and diversified experience in design and BIM modeling for Mechanical engineering projects and carries expertise in the designing of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system for low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise buildings; including residential/commercial buildings, offices and mixed-use developments project. He was previously working with Khatib and Alami Engineering Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore.

Satish has joined the Structures depaartment as a Senior Structural Engineer. He comes with around 10 years experience involving design of highway structures along with preparation of standard design methodology and sheets for the design of structure components as per relevant code requirements. He was previously working with CDM Smith and is excited for his journey in WME.

Rathesh has joined the infrastructure team as an Infrastructure CAD Technician. He has 15 years of experience as a CAD technician with strong technical and software skills and is able to bring diversified experience in the field. he was previously working with Kier Dubai LLC and is now excited to start his journey with WME.

Shabeer has joined the MEP team as a Digital Engineer. Shabeer has over 3 years experience and modelling and coordinating MEP services in commercial, residential, healthcare, sports and leisure projects. He has experience in the use of AutoDesk, Revit, Navisworks, Manage and AutoCAD. Shabeer was previously working with IBSECAD.

Gajendra has joined the AV/IT team as a Senior AV/IT & Security Engineer. he has more than 9 years of experience in the field of system design and site supervision. His expertise includes the design of audiovisual, ICT and security systems across various types of large-scale projects. He was previously working with APR Technology Consultants.

Russel has joined the Marketing team as a Marketng Assistant. He has recently graduated from university with a B.A. in Visual Communications and has experience in content creating with digital marketing and fil making. Russell's primary skillset includes photography, videography, content marketing and writing. He was previously working with Puffy.

Umair has joined the Structures team as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer. Umair has around 10 years of experience in the field of Geotechnical Engineering. His expertise includes the in-depth study, review and analysis of data revolving around the physical condition of the excavation works, surface exploration, geotechnical design of shoring systems and scoping the geotechnical investigation works. He was previously working with Arcadis Consulting.

John has joined the Business Support team as an IT Support Executive. He has 6 years of experience and skills in the IT Environment. John has various skills looking at networking, web services, WordPress, database management, Google Firebase, and Python programming. He was previously working with Expo and is now looking forward to start his journey with WME.

Andrew has joined the team as a Digital Engineer. Andrew is a hard-working BIM/Revit technician, who thrives on engaging with individuals to accomplish a common goal. He has years of experience with Autocad and Revit. He was previously working with Calford Seaden and is now looking forward to his journey with WME.

Bisera has joined WME on a contract basis within the Project Management team as a Design Manager. Bisera brings with her around 15 years of experience in various fields of designing and planning, supervision and project managing. She has extensive background in designing residential and public buildings, throughout all project phases. She was previously working on Expo 2020 for UAE Pavilion.

Vyshak has joined the MEP team as a Senior Electrical Engineer. Vyshak has over 8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering for MEP services and is able to bring diversified experience in designing and modelling of electrical systems for MEP engineering projects; including BIM, carrying out inter-departmental coordination, sound knowledge of international codes and standards like BS, IEC, NEC, etc. for multistory buildings, airport & metro projects, commercial and industrial buildings. He was previously working with WSP in Bangalore.

Prasad has joined the Business Support team as a Senior IT Executive. He has over 7 years of experience as IT Support Officer and is able to bring extensive and diversified experience in IT services and infrastructure, IT service management and is a certified Network Security Specialist. He was previously working with Buro Happold from Mumbai and has now moved to Bangalore to start his journey with WME.

Andrew has joined the MEP team as a Mechanical Associate. Andrew is a chartered engineer with 14 years of experience and has worked on various project sectors such as residential, commercial, leisure centres, sports and entertainment arenas. He was previously working with ME Engineers.

Xabier has joined the Structures department as a Principal Structural Engineer. He brings with him around 10 years of experience in various fields of designing and planning, and has extensive background in designing residential, commercial and public buildings, hospitality and transport, throughout all project phases. He has relocated from New Zealand where he was previously working with Beca as a Senior Structural Engineer.
