Sanjay is an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player that loves tackling challenges and has a combined 15 years of experience in on site installation management and design experience. Through his experiences at work, he has developed good communication skills and gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise from which he can build upon.

He has an experience leading an entire electrical team from a well-recognized engineering consultancy. He has worked on a variety of mixed use Residential / Commercial schemes as well as some government fit out projects. He has been involved in planning internal resources and pricing projects for MEP design works.

The Address Residence Fountain Views

Our structural and building services engineers provided the detailed design of four super-high rise towers in Downtown Dubai, the highest of which is the Address Residence hotel, which will stand at 315m.
