David is an MEP engineer with experience in the education, retail, leisure, industrial, commercial, transport, and residential sectors.  

He has worked on a number of refurbishment projects, providing mechanical design basis reports, calculations, and associated drawings, and has designed the mechanical services for drainage, domestic services, LPHW, chilled water systems, ventilation, and firefighting systems, as well as working on the design and co-ordination of both the decentralization of district heating systems and the installation of district cooling systems and plants. He has extensive experience in site surveys and the production of condition reports.
