Anand is an MEP Engineer with over 10 years of experience in multiple sectors, including commercial, retail, hotels, mixed-use, residential, refurbishment, theme parks, schools & academies, and government projects. He excels in the leading and delivery of coordinated multi-disciple projects in BIM. He looks to add value to projects by maintaining client relationships and providing design solutions that are appropriate to the client’s aspirations and budget.

Throughout his career, Anand has continuously demonstrated his skills in technical engineering, project management, design, and site implementation. He possesses extensive experience working in both design and on-site supervisions which helps projects to transition from the design stage through to construction for HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing services.
