Our specialist high-rise engineers rapidly developed the structural solutions for a new 45-storey residential tower.
Saba Tower 4 will occupy a small site already equipped with piles, some which are now redundant as they were intended for an earlier scheme with a deeper basement.

To reduce the structural flexibility of such a tall narrow structure and increase lateral stiffness, outriggers will feature at level 20 and at roof level — supported from the core to a series of concrete perimeter columns in the frame. Mechanical services are located on the roof, at level 20 and in a section of the basement, which consists of three levels of parking.

The tower will accommodate 100,000 sq m of high-specification living spaces, retail at ground level and a roof-top pool and gym.
