The JBR beachfront Tower is a high-rise residential building 36 storied, 269 apartments with 2 basement car park levels and outdoor swimming pool at ground floor. Total GFA for the building is 39,611 sqm and 10,360 square meters of parking space. The tower Shall consist of the following configuration:
