WME provided road and infrastructure engineering services for the extension of Green Community West, a residential project delivering over 130,000 sq m of various kinds of accommodation.
The site is situated at the southern end of Green Community Villages in Dubai Investment Park. It will house residential, retail and recreational buildings, including townhouses and apartments. We worked on the concept design, developed specifications, prepared tender documents and obtained all necessary permits.
WME’s consultancy services included the preparation of a grading plan and earthworks analysis, and the design of the following systems: storm water management, drainage, fire hydrant network, wastewater collection, potable water distribution, piped chilled water, power distribution, telecommunications and IT.
We also designed the roadways, parking network and street lighting.
