WME was appointed as multi-disciplinary consultants by Piramal Realty to undertake the full engineering design of the Piramal Mahalaxmi Residential Towers project which includes Structures, MEP, AV/IT and Infrastructure along with Construction Administration services for all these disciplines.
The proposed residential development for Piramal Realty is located adjacent to the famous Dhobi Ghat world heritage site in Mumbai, India. The towers are orientated to take full advantage of the stunning uninterrupted views across the Mahalaxmi racecourse to the Arabian Sea, whilst positioned to respect he site constraint of the new metro line passing beneath part of the plot.
The development constitutes three residential towers in excess of 70 storeys, rising from a common podium with the building heights from 250m to 280m. Three basement levels accommodate mechanized parking for visitors and equipment space beneath the grand entrance level at the ground level. The podium component houses eight further parking levels, topping off with the Amenity/Club level, including swimming pool and other landscaped facilities. The Residential tower typical floors have 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats, Refuge levels, Fire check floors and Terrace level.
