WME Singapore are celebrating the award of the Lim Clan Association building in Singapore.
The Lim Clan Association Singapore initiate a new 5-storey extension building next to their existing 2-storey conserved building. The existing building, which was constructed in 1928, is located in the prime area of Downtown Singapore.
WME Singapore is working on the M&E Building Services which will enable a full BIM execution in conjunction with the lead architects Swan & Maclaren . “All building services will be carefully planned and integrated with the existing conserved building, and will encompass a seamless servicing in a sustainable environment.” – WME Singapore Director, HanSoing NG.
