New project signings

April 2017
A busy month at WME for new residential and hotel projects in Dubai. Four major new signings stand out — a mix of residential high rise and 5-star hotels.

In the residential sector, we have been appointed as engineering consultants for a 100-storey tower in Business Bay, which is to be designed by a signature local architect and delivered to LEED platinum standard. The second residential project involves three 50-60 storey towers on a common podium, providing 1300 apartments, with concept design by an international architect.

The first of the hotels is located on Dubai Creek Harbour. It includes 126 hotel rooms and 300 apartments in stacked formation. The second is a hotel resort on Dubai Creek, providing 300 serviced apartments and 130 hotel keys in a low rise development. Both are also concept designed by international architects for delivery by local practices.

We will be using BIM to LOD 300 standard for all four projects. Further details will be released as available.
