Dubai’s largest concrete pour

At least 12,000 cu m of concrete went into the raft foundation of the tower for the The Address hotel, Fountain Views, in 45 hours of continuous work. More than 1,500 concrete mixer loads were required.

The hotel is part of The Address Residence project, which will deliver four super-high rise towers for Emaar’s Fountain Views development in Downtown. WME is providing structural and building services engineering.
