A pair of towers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, will house a 5-star hotel and residential accommodation.
The towers share a five-level retail podium, with two levels of car parking below. The hotel tower provides 24 levels of guest rooms, conference rooms and amenities, and the residential tower provides 16 levels of accommodation, including serviced apartments.
The design of the towers includes high specification facades, requiring detailed integration of the MEP services by our building services engineers, coordinated using building information modelling (BIM). We are also delivering LEED consultancy, and the project is LEED Silver.
