We designed the building services and AV/IT installations for the new 5,000 sq m executive jet terminal located in the heart of the Dubai World Central area.
Dubai World Central (DWC) centres on Al Maktoum International Airport, and the new terminal is for private use, including use by royalty. It features extremely high standards of finish. All services are integrated and concealed as much as possible.
Key to the design is a focus on thermal comfort for users in the very large spaces provided, which will be relatively unoccupied. Building information modelling (BIM) was used to deliver the project.
