At the huge Dubai Parks site, WME delivered construction supervision services for the four plots that were developed in phase one of the ongoing project.
The plots cover an area of approximately 58 hectares in Jebel Ali, south of the Dubai Waterfront and adjacent to the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Technology Park. Several theme parks, a retail and entertainment complex and the themed Lapita Hotel occupy the plots. The theme parks include Bollywood Parks Dubai and MotionGate Dubai.
We also provided structural, MEP and infrastructure services for the hotel, which is operated by Marriott International.
