The 2022 Construction Week Middle East Award for Unsung Hero of the Year was given to our very own Shanid Haroon, Senior Electrical Engineer.
This new category was presented to someone who has positively influenced a project with a positive attitude, a willingness to help in whatever capacity necessary, and a commitment to excellence.
Our Unsung Hero of the Year was praised by the jury for their willingness to take on difficult projects and see them to successful completion.
The jury applauded Haroon for performing above and beyond and continuously offering their expertise and planning skills to navigate a job to the point of providing detailed itineraries and solutions.
The event took place on 24 November at the JW Marriot Marquis Hotel in Business Bay, Dubai.
