Plant commissioning at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort

The Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort is a Meraas development, located on the island of Pearl Jumeirah off the coast of Dubai, UAE. The fast track project includes the hotel, plus villas, houses and a beach club with entertainment, dining and leisure facilities.

WME’s team is busy working with MEP contractor Elemec on the commisisoning and handover of the project. Commissioning is being done simultaneously in many areas of the complex, using our full site supervision team, keeping to a tight schedule. The work ranges from the flushing to the balancing of all systems, and includes pressure, smoke, emergency lighting, fire alarm, pit resistance, lightning protection, conectivity and lux level tests, plus generator sequencing, quality analysis and equipment dry runs. All commissioning works are being carried out in line with international codes.
