Qualifications
Engineers
– 3-4 years’ working experience
– Degree is recognised by Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore
– Preferable, has passed FEE, examination prescribed by PEB
Senior Engineers
– 8-10 years working experience
– Has passed FEE and PPE, examination prescribed by PEB
Business Development
Begin to build relationships with clients and consultants from other organizations.
Project Role
Carry out duties in accordance with company procedures and implement prescribed systems of work.
Company Role
Follow the company training scheme fulfilling objectives to assist personal development and provide a basis for future progression within the company.
Contribute to the development of the company systems by reviewing existing procedures and commenting using the feedback system.
Begin to take part in task groups to represent the team that you are working in.
Attend team meetings providing feedback on your/company development where possible.
Apply policies relating to health & safety, quality and training
Engineering Function
Role is Engineers within a team working under close supervision or independently.
Responsible for development and production of drawings/ calculations/ specifications/ reports.
Understand design philosophy/fundamentals.
Be familiar with Architects’ and Building Service Engineers’ drawings/ specifications etc.
