The Graduate Program at WME is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in learning about designing a building.

Growing up in UAE, I became interested in the built environment and marveled at the iconic structures that were rapidly developing in the country. This led me towards studying Mechanical Engineering at Lancaster University after which I joined the WME Graduate program.
The Graduate Program at WME is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in learning about designing a building. I have had the chance to work on a wide array of projects ranging from high-rise, malls, schools and even waterparks. Each project has given me unique insight with its own challenges, acting as a catalyst for my career development and training.
The training and learning opportunities at WME are plentiful. The WME Graduate program has allowed me to rotate between various disciplines and lead my own development path guided by my passion. Through this program, I hope to achieve my main goals that are to develop an in-depth knowledge of building services, create efficiencies in workflows through various digital platforms and make a tangible difference to other people’s lives through the projects.
As for a “typical” day at WME, there is no such thing. Each day presents exciting new challenges that requires creative thinking and collaboration with engineers from all disciplines.
