Birla Tisya is a B+G+30 residential twin tower, upcoming right in the heart of Bengaluru – in Rajajinagar. It is spread over approximately 4.72 acres. Along with the residential area, the project has a lavish clubhouse and retail complex. This RC twin tower is going to be a jewel on the crown over the beautiful landscape of Bengaluru. Our structural engineers were challenged to provide a cost-effective, easy and fast-to-build yet architecturally pleasing structural solution. The MEP design was also equally challenging to meet the client’s requirements.
In the end, a well-collaborated project is under fast-track construction. Recently our structural engineers who are part of this project Madhava Perur (Senior Structural Engineer), Guruprasad Godigar (Senior Structural Engineer) and Vasu Malik (Graduate Structural Engineer) had the opportunity to visit the site before casting of foundation and had a beneficial discussion with the site team.
